International exchange programs
Through the University's national and international partnership agreements, our university offers students a number of exchange opportunities. Students may apply for these programs after completing at least three semesters and maintaining a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.00.
For more detailed information, students should visit the FIU International Office or their faculty chair.
Summer Language Course
EF Language Courses Abroad (http://www.ef.co.uk) offers short-term language courses in the UK, USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Malta, and several other countries. If interested, contact the International Office for details and discounts as agreed between EF and FIU.
Tourism training and work experience
The International Trainee Network (www.internationalTrainee.com) provides paid internship and work experience opportunities in the hotel industry in the United States.
